I’ve been exploring intermittent fasting after reading about it in a [Health and Fitness, Weight Loss, Nutrition and Diet] guide. It’s fascinating how timing your meals can have such an impact. Have any of you tried it? I’d love to hear about your experience or tips for beginners!
