It’s amazing how much water intake and sleep quality impact weight loss. I didn’t realize this until I started diving into resources on [Health and Fitness, Weight Loss, Nutrition and Diet]. Making small changes like staying hydrated and getting enough rest has made a noticeable difference. What overlooked habits have helped you the most?
