I’ve always wanted to focus on weight loss, but I didn’t know where to start until I came across some tips on [Health and Fitness, Weight Loss, Nutrition and Diet]. Starting small with achievable goals has really helped. What’s been your experience with setting realistic expectations for health improvements?
