This leads Hannah to create a listing of individuals (the one that her mom found in the previous episode) who she feels were liable for main her to her present circumstances, which becomes the inspiration for the creation of the tapes. Justice Elliott Wilk rejected Allen's bid for custody of the three youngsters and rejected the allegation of sexual abuse, denied Allen immediate visitation rights with Dylan, saying of Allen's behavior towards Dylan that it was "grossly inappropriate and that measures have to be taken to protect her" whereas stating that Allen's inappropriate conduct was not sexual in nature. When Dylan published her open letter, he said in an interview that a number of people had been in the home on the disputed day and that "nobody, not my father or sister, was off in any private areas".
