General Discussion / Ranitidine sans ordonnan...;.
« on: August 16, 2025, 12:14:00 pm »
Is the unregulated use of ranitidine posing a hidden health risk? With its controversial history, should we be reconsidering self-medication practices, or are there safer alternatives that we should be advocating for instead?

General Discussion / acheter erythromycin...

Is it ethical to purchase antibiotics like erythromycin online without a prescription? In an age of easy access to medications, what are the potential risks and consequences for public health and personal responsibility?

General Discussion / Achat fluoxetine en ligne.
« on: August 16, 2025, 04:13:38 am »
How do the ethics of purchasing antidepressants online challenge traditional healthcare models? In a world where mental health discussions are increasingly open, does buying medication without face-to-face consultation undermine the doctor-patient relationship, or can it empower individuals seeking help?

4
In an age where convenience often trumps caution, what are the implications of buying medications like Plaquenil online? How does this impact patient safety and the integrity of healthcare?

General Discussion / revia sans ordonnanc...
« on: August 15, 2025, 09:30:26 pm »
Is self-medicating with powerful substances like Revia an act of personal autonomy or a dangerous leap into the unknown? What are the ethical implications of bypassing medical guidance in pursuit of relief, and how should society respond to the growing trend of individuals seeking treatments without prescriptions?

6
Why do you think conversations about digestive issues, like those surrounding medications such as Imodium, are often shied away from in both online and offline communities? Is it merely a matter of embarrassment, or does there lie a deeper societal taboo that prevents open discussion?

roads are in issue Its also interesting how little choice you get regarding how much petrol, diesel, tar etc you get out of a barrel of oil. If for example we completely electrified transport, virtually eliminating demand for petrol and significantly reducing demand for diesel - what do we then do with the light fractions? You cant build a road from petrol

All betas have been public for some time now, so nothing has been happening on that section.

You can post about issues with betas on the General Discussion section of the forum.

Depends on how big the fish and snails are respectively. Ramshorn snails might be a good alternative since theyre often found for free from local hobbyists

I confess that I dont use it much because Im on lots of forums on Facebook. I created a page on facebook for this group and it doesnt get much attention due to the lack of Facebookers in the group. I see advantages to this that were pointed out by Bill the host of the site that you can search this, but now you can do that with that site as well. I like both, but again Im not on here as much as others. If there is someone that wants to try the other page... Well let me know. I do check in here from time to time. It also seems that we have had great attendance at the get togethers on the 3rd thursdays and we could discuss it.

Ill see what i can do - Im pretty new to this SMF forum software so Im pretty much making it up as I go along. Ive added in a new link at the top of the page to the main dbmm website because we are obviously getting a lot of direct traffic here that isnt aware of the main site.

Will there be new functionality in the map chooser or will it just be summoning a random subset of 'the most favourite' maps as chosen by these polls? A "nominate" system would be a good addition.
