عند البحث عن افضل شركة توزع أرباح في السوق السعودي فلابد أولا من معرفة العوامل التي ينبغي توافرها في الشركة لضمان تحقيق أرباح مستمرة في سوق تداول الأسهم السعودي، ومنها:

عند اختيار سهم شركةٍ ما لابد من التأكد من قيام الشركة بتوزيع أرباح الاسهم على المستثمرين والمساهمين بشكل مستمر ومنتظم، فذلك هو ما يمنح المستثمرين الثقة في اختيار الشركة.
أثناء دراسة التاريخ المالي للشركات وملاحظة قيام الشركة بالتأخر في صرف الأرباح المستحقة أو عدم صرف الأرباح بشكل منتظم فينصح بالابتعاد عنها، لأنها لن تحقق الهدف المطلوب من الاستثمار فيها.
ينصح باختيار أسهم الشركات الكبرى التي تحقق أرباحًا كبيرة ومتزايدة، مما يعني ارتفاع قيمة أرباح المساهمين بارتفاع مكانة الشركة في سوق المال.
ينصح بالابتعاد عن الاستثمار في أسهم الشركات الناشئة أو المحلية الجديدة، وذلك لاحتمالية تأخرها في توزيع الأرباح أو تأجيلها، وكذلك لعدم ضمان تحقيق أسهمها الأرباح المتوقعة نظراً لكونها حديثة في سوق المال.
يجب على كل مستثمر أن يضع هدف محدد ويسعى للوصول إليه من خلال تحديد مدة زمنية معينة لذلك.
